The benefits of exercise are numerous.  We all know it’s good for your heart but it is also good for the soul. Imagine getting exercise and enjoying every last minute of it.  You can dance your way to fitness through pole dancing.  Pole dancing is resistance training and cardio all in one- it is a full-body workout. It takes strength just to do the simple act of climbing a pole and your flexibility is improved while doing the movements on the pole. Over time most pole dancers looked and felt better. Tone your arms, butt and thighs moving to music that makes you just want to get up and move.  Through the movement of pole dancing you will find that you will feel grace, strength and sensuality.

You don’t have to be an athlete to try this form of exercise. Some people think that they don’t have enough upper body strength to start pole dancing.  But this just isn’t further from the truth. You can always make up excuses not to start any form of exercise but the truth is all you have to do is start.  Just do it!  Maybe you are a little over weight, or you think your uncoordinated or too old. But you can easily build the skills you need and have fun doing it.  You will be with others that are in the same shape you are so you will feel quite comfortable in the class.  You will start to feel inspired and empowered after just a few classes.
